Volunteers
Ian: Has been living in Uganda since 1998. He made the decision to move to Africa after leading a youth mission trip to Kampala. He was captivated by the country and its people and felt called to develop youth work in the East Africa region.

Before working as youth co-ordinator at Bognor Regis Baptist Church he spent 8 years in agriculture.
Silver: Has now been working alongside Ian for several years. He is currently working for Uganda Youth Forum. He has also run discipleship weekends for the Compassion International sponsored youth in Kampala.

Silver has a degree in Social Science and French from Makerere University, Kampala.
Collin: He completed studies at Makerere University, feels called into mission and has also become a volunteer co-worker in YEA. He is a gifted musician & worship leader. He spent time involved in the ministry of Bognor Regis Baptist Church in England, but has now returned to continue working with YEA in Uganda. He married Lynette on 27th October 2007!
Douglas: Has now graduated from Makerere University & is an enthusiastic team member with YEA. He is also a board member of Uganda Youth Forum. He has a passion for mission & sees a future in full time ministry. He is at present spending some time working for a church in Liverpool, England.
